By using our website, contacting us, purchasing a package, approving a proposal, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.
Services and Project Scope
Design Tropic provides services based on the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement approved by the client.
The final scope of work may include, but is not limited to:

Website design
Website development
WordPress development
eCommerce website development
SEO services
Social media marketing
Digital marketing
Content writing
Branding and creative design
Website maintenance and support
Any service, feature, revision, page, integration, or additional work not included in the approved package or proposal may be charged separately.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate project details, content, images, branding material, login credentials, product information, business details, and feedback required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required material, approvals, or feedback may affect the project timeline. Design Tropic will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or third-party issues.
The client must ensure that all content, images, logos, videos, trademarks, and other materials provided to Design Tropic are legally owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on the approved scope of work. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revision requests, technical requirements, third-party services, or delays in receiving required material.
Design Tropic will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, timelines are not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned in a written agreement.
Payments and Billing
All payments must be made according to the agreed package, invoice, proposal, or payment schedule.
Design Tropic may require full or partial advance payment before starting a project. Work may be paused if payments are delayed or remain unpaid.
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, any confirmed project will follow the price agreed at the time of purchase or invoice approval.
Revisions
Revision limits depend on the selected package or approved proposal. Revisions are meant for improvements or adjustments within the original project scope.
A revision does not include a complete change of concept, redesign from scratch, new feature request, additional pages, new branding direction, or work outside the approved scope.
Additional revisions or major changes may be charged separately.
Approval and Final Delivery
Once the client approves a design, content, website, or project milestone, Design Tropic will move forward with the next stage of work or final delivery.
After final approval, any further changes, corrections, new requests, or modifications may be treated as additional work and may require a separate quote.
Final files, website access, or deliverables may be provided after all outstanding payments are cleared.
Website Development and Third-Party Tools
For website and eCommerce projects, Design Tropic may use third-party platforms, plugins, themes, hosting services, payment gateways, APIs, or software tools.
Design Tropic is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, including downtime, plugin conflicts, software updates, payment gateway issues, hosting problems, licensing restrictions, security breaches, or changes made by the third-party provider.
Any paid plugin, theme, software, subscription, stock image, font license, hosting, domain, or third-party tool required for the project will be charged separately unless clearly included in the package.
SEO and Digital Marketing Results
Design Tropic provides SEO and digital marketing services using professional strategies, research, optimization, and campaign management.
However, search engine rankings, traffic, sales, leads, conversions, ad performance, and social media growth depend on many factors outside our control. These may include competition, market conditions, algorithm updates, website quality, budget, audience behavior, and third-party platform policies.
Therefore, Design Tropic does not guarantee specific rankings, sales, revenue, leads, traffic numbers, or campaign results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Content and Copyright
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content provided to Design Tropic.
Design Tropic may create original content, graphics, website layouts, and creative assets as part of the agreed service. Once full payment is received, the client will receive ownership rights to the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.
Design Tropic reserves the right to reuse general skills, ideas, design methods, coding techniques, frameworks, and non-confidential knowledge gained during the project.
Portfolio Rights
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Design Tropic reserves the right to display completed work, including logos, website designs, graphics, screenshots, or case studies, in our portfolio, website, social media, marketing material, and proposals.
Confidential or private client information will not be shared without permission.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, service type, and amount of work already completed.
Refunds may not be available once work has started, concepts have been shared, revisions have been provided, development has begun, digital services have been delivered, or third-party costs have been paid.
Custom design, development, SEO, marketing, and digital services require time, planning, resources, and creative effort. Therefore, payments for completed or partially completed work may be non-refundable.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the original payment method or another agreed method.
Cancellation Policy
A client may request project cancellation by contacting Design Tropic in writing.
If the project is cancelled after work has started, Design Tropic may deduct charges for completed work, time spent, resources used, third-party costs, administrative costs, and any approved project milestones.
Design Tropic also reserves the right to cancel or pause a project if the client fails to provide required information, delays payment, violates these terms, behaves abusively, or requests work that is unlawful, misleading, or unethical.
Website Maintenance and Support
Support and maintenance are only included if clearly mentioned in the selected package or proposal.
After website delivery, any updates, bug fixes, edits, backups, security monitoring, plugin updates, content changes, or technical support may be charged separately unless covered by an active maintenance plan.
Design Tropic is not responsible for issues caused by changes made by the client, another developer, hosting provider, plugin update, theme update, malware attack, or third-party service.
Communication
Official communication may take place through email, phone, WhatsApp, project management tools, or other agreed channels.
Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner. If a client remains inactive or unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be paused or closed. Reactivation of the project may require an additional fee.
Limitation of Liability
Design Tropic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, website downtime, ranking drops, advertising loss, or third-party service issues.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.
Prohibited Use
Clients may not use our services or website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized activities.
Design Tropic reserves the right to refuse work related to illegal products, misleading claims, copyright infringement, harmful content, hate speech, scams, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Changes to Terms
